Consumer Advisory Council

The Consumer Advisory Council (CAC) at WIND is a dedicated group of members who champion disability awareness and advocacy. Through initiatives like their inclusive coloring book series and a wealth of resources — including advocacy guides, bylaws, and meeting materials — CAC members work to promote understanding, inclusion, and meaningful community engagement.
