Strength Training

Do you want to get stronger and fitter? Improve your mood? Protect your bone health and build muscle? Strength training helps you do all this and more. We've partnered with gyms and fitness programs across Wyoming to offer strength training at no charge - and the benefits are tremendous. Trainers for the program are experienced in adaptive fitness and will guide you through a training program whether it's been a while since you hit the gym or are an experienced gym-goer.
