Constructive Dialogue Courses

This Fall 2026, UW's Organizational Leadership program is offering two new for-credit courses in constructive dialogue.

• ORGL 4990-56 (Topics: Constructive Dialogue)
• ORGL 4991 (Constructive Dialogue Independent Study). Each class is fully online and asynchronous, 3 credit hours, with no prerequisites.

You'll build the dialogue skills effective leadership depends on—empathy, active listening, active questioning, and collaboration—and learn to lead respectful, solution-focused conversations even in challenging situations.
