Culture Kits

The Arabic & Middle Eastern Studies Program has culture kits available for people to rent for classroom or community use. Each culture kit features a different country, containing realia, informational materials, and other academic resources about the country. These items may include books, brochures, maps, clothing, everyday items, and unique items for religious or holiday purposes. The culture kits are free and available for public use and can be checked out from the Arabic & ME Studies Program in the SPPAIS (School of Politics, Public Affairs, and International Studies) department. 

While a useful resource for teachers, they can also be used for organizations, religious institutions, and other interested members of the community. We are currently updating our country-themed culture kits, so we are flexible in requests.
