
ARCC provides consultation and training services as core services.
We provide these services all researchers at UWyo whether they use the HPC system,
the Research Data Storage System, or if they have any other Research Computing topics
they want to be covered. Our goal is to support researchers in any way we can.
We offer office hours, provides one-on-one consultation, and schedules in-person and
online training so that researchers may perform their work with the most support that
ARCC can provide.
Our End User Support team maintains the ARCC-Wiki, recently updated for re-released

Visiting our bi-weekly Zoom based office hours is a great obtain help with specific issues. Beginning Spring Semester, 2025, ARCC will begin our new office hours schedule. Office hours will still be hosted weekly over zoom but will be scheduled for every Monday from 10:30am to 12:30pm, and Tuesday from 11am-1pm.
