Simon, originally from Canterbury in the UK, joined ARCC in June of 2019.
As the HPC Software Manager and Programmer Analyst for ARCC, he is responsible for
making sure that core software is available and supported, while simultaneously assisting
the research community in the development, testing, deployment, and debugging of code
and applications. His favorite part about his work at ARCC is the variety and diversity
of work, requests, issues, and people within the academic environment.
When he isn't at work, he enjoys working on his PhD downtown at a local coffee shop.
