Benefit Gala 2023

A Cosmic Ball

The annual Gala fundraiser will return on April 1, 2023. The National Advisory Board is looking forward to hosting an elegant event that celebrates the Art Museum, its collection, and its merits. The Museum depends on corporate and individual support to continue and expand its work. As a partner in our community, we invite you to attend the Benefit Gala.

This year’s Gala is inspired by the art of Michiko Itatani and the upcoming exhibit, Cosmic Questions, featuring pieces from the museum’s collection. Michiko Itatani’s enigmatic and breathtaking large-scale Celestial Maze paintings are currently on display at the museum. A Cosmic Ball will be a festive evening of fine food, libations, music, and friendship, all to support the extensive programs of the UW Art Museum.

Time: 6 P.M.

Location: Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center, Laramie, WY

Attire: Black tie, with a cosmic flair

The celebratory evening will include:

6 pm: Social Hour, Hors d’oeuvres, and opportunities to bid on a robust selection of Silent Auction items including art, local contributions, and inspired travel opportunities.

8 pm: A Three-Course Dinner, Program, and Live Auction of Art and Vacation Packages.
Following dinner: Dance the night away or mingle with friends in our exclusive cocktail lounge.
