Paul Stock Grant-in-Aid

The College of Arts and Sciences is pleased to announce a scholarship opportunity! See the travel to present research grant-in-aid award guidelines below.

This award (up to $500) provides funding for travel to a conference or professional meeting to present the results of the student’s work.

Criteria:

1. Have to be a current full time UW student within the College of Arts and Sciences.

2. Provide a brief description of your project, as well as an itemized budget.

3. Letter of recommendation from a departmental faculty member and letter of approval from Department Head is required.

4. Please note that preference will be given to proposals with a partial match in funding from your department.

A completed application for a grant-in-aid may be completed in UW’s online application software program here. The link may be found, along with the instructions, on the Student Financial Office webpage under scholarships.

Students will need to supply a short report on their conference presentation by August 1, 2024.
