Education
- Ph.D., Earth Sciences, Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California San Diego, 2015
- M.S., Oceanography, Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California San Diego, 2011
- B.S., Atmospheric Science, Cornell University, 2009
Research Interests
Dr. Myers studies clouds and their role in the climate system, with a focus on low clouds, boundary-layer processes, and cloud feedbacks. His work also examines how clouds shape Earth’s energy budget, surface–atmosphere interactions, and climate sensitivity and variability.
