Sarah Fitz-Gerald

Sarah Fitz-Gerald is passionate about realizing the wonder of the future and is proud to work toward this in the state of Wyoming. As Chief Strategy Officer at the Wyoming Business Council, Sarah leads development and execution of the state's economic development strategy. In this role, Sarah leads teams to design capital, connection, and policy solutions that help businesses and industries grow and thrive in Wyoming. Previously, Sarah worked in strategy and new business development at Hess Corporation, a global oil and gas exploration and production company, where she advised leadership on prospective acquisition and divestment opportunities. Sarah earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Geology and Economics from the University of Wyoming, and a Master of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Sarah is a happy and proud mom of one, has been a huge Pokes fan from birth, and loves to spend time in Wyoming's great outdoors with her family.
