Brandy Marrou

Brandy is a Wyoming native whose small-town values continue to influence her leadership at MHP, where she has made a lasting impact since joining the firm in 2000. Over the course of her career, Brandy has grown with the firm, becoming Managing Partner in 2021 and Chief Executive Officer in 2025. With more than 25 years of experience, Brandy has built a diverse practice that spans multiple service lines and industries, including government, construction, non-profit, and employee benefits. She takes pride in being a technical resource for clients and a valuable internal resource, contributing to the firm’s success.
Brandy is a member of several professional organizations, including the AICPA, the
Wyoming Society of CPAs, NASACT, and is a graduate of the 2017 Class of Leadership
Cheyenne. She is deeply committed to community service and currently serves on the
University of Wyoming College of Business Advisory Board (2012 – present) and the
LCCC President’s Advisory Board (2023 – present). Her past community involvement includes
serving on the boards of Cheyenne LEADS (2017 – 2020), K9s 4 Mobility (2014 – 2020),
Funding the Future (2014 – 2019), and United Way of Laramie County (2008 – 2017).
A proud alumna of the University of Wyoming, she is excited to have her son following
in her footsteps, having recently enrolled in the UW College of Business.
Outside of work, Brandy enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, and she
is an avid reader of C.J. Box novels, especially the Joe Pickett series. Having grown
up in Wyoming and visited many of the towns featured in Box's books, she finds a personal
connection to the stories.
