Rebecca Rood

Rebecca Rood launched her financial services career in 2003 in Denver after graduating from the University of Wyoming with a BS in Management. Over the years, she served as a lender for community banks in Denver, Durango, and Laramie, specializing in financial statement analysis, cash flow forecasting, and structuring optimal debt financing solutions tailored to the unique needs of businesses of all sizes – from startups to established enterprises.

 

From 2016 to 2025, Rebecca held a dual leadership and production role as Community Bank President of ANB Bank's Laramie branch. In this capacity, she led a team of dedicated and knowledgeable bankers, fostered a culture of collaboration, and worked closely with local business owners to strengthen their financial health and long-term sustainability.

 

In the summer of 2025, Rebecca relocated to Green River with her and her 7-year-old son to marry her sweetheart, Craig – a move that marked both a personal milestone and a new professional chapter. At that time, she founded Tailored CFO Solutions, LLC – a consulting firm providing fractional CFO services to small and mid-sized businesses. Her mission is to offer strategic financial oversight, cash flow forecasting, and growth planning to companies that need executive-level guidance without the cost of a full-time CFO. Through this work, Rebecca empowers business owners to make confident, informed decisions and build financially resilient organizations.

 

Rebecca continues to grow her business while embracing new opportunities to volunteer in southwest Wyoming. She proudly serves on the Management Committee of the Wyoming Business Alliance, advocating for a diversified and resilient economic future for businesses across the state. A 2022 graduate of Leadership Wyoming, she values the deep connections she's built with leaders from all corners of Wyoming. Rebecca is honored to join the UW College of Business Advisory Board, where she looks forward to contributing her insights and experience to help shape the next generation of business leaders.

 

Outside of her professional life, Rebecca is an outdoor enthusiast who finds joy in traveling, camping, hiking, paddleboarding, snowshoeing, and sledding. Whether she's exploring the mountains or enjoying time relaxing in the backyard, Rebecca treasures the time spent with friends and family, as well as her amazing husband and adventurous and inquisitive son.
