Campus Community Closet

The Campus Community Closet aims to support students, staff, and faculty minimize clothing insecurity by providing gently use clothing to our community. Visitors can find everything from casual to formal attire in our closet for any occasion to support meet their basic needs. 

You will need a PantrySoft account to use the closet. Additionally, we operate on an appointment-based system, and while we often have walk-in spots available, we cannot guarantee their availability. 

We are fully donation-based and proud to support our UW community! The Campus Community Closet is located in the Wyoming Union in Room 012.

Academic Year '26-27*

  • Monday | 11:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
  • Tuesday | 1:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.
  • Wednesday | 11:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
  • Thursday | 1:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.
  • Friday | Closed
  • Saturday | Closed
  • Sunday | Closed

While we often have walk-in availability, we cannot always guarantee it. We recommend making an appointment through PantrySoft.

Any person who is unable to attend the regular opening hours should email pccr@uwyo.edu to set up an appointment.

Small Donation Hours:  

  • Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; drop off with staff at the PCCR (Union 012)

Big Donations by appointment only.

All items donated must be washed or packaged (unused). We do not have the space and the capacity to wash, iron or mend any donated items. Anything soiled or damaged will not be accepted.
