The Hill published an op-ed piece from Jason Shogren, the Stroock Chair of Natural Resource
Conservation and Management in the UW College of Business, and three colleagues. The
article focused on a federal judge’s preliminary injunction against the Biden administration’s
use of its interim estimates for the social cost of carbon pollution. Published on

Godby was quoted in a related CS-T article titled “Gasoline prices topple records as sanctions mount.” He also was interviewed
for another CS-T article titled “Gas prices are rising. Whose fault is it?” Published March 9, 2022.
WyoFile interviewed Godby for a piece on how the response to Russia’s attack on Ukraine could
drive Wyoming’s fossil fuel-reliant economy toward even more volatile territory.
