Student Travel

All graduate students who are planning to travel to a conference must complete the College of Education Graduate Student Travel application for consideration of conference travel support. Preference will be for those presenting at a conference.   

 

Application Deadlines

• Fall conference application period is open August 1 - October 15
• Spring conference application period is open December 15 - February 15

 

Application Instructions

Click here to go to the scholarship application in WyoScholarships to apply for graduate student conference travel support from the dean's office. Awardees will be contacted by email at the end of the application period.  

Preference for funding from the dean's office is given to students who are presenting. Be prepared to provide conference announcement and agenda information detailing presentation information. If funds are sufficient, support will also be given to students who are only attending a conference. Up to $250 will be awarded only once per semester per student, as long as funding is available, and is distributed on a first-come first-serve basis.
