Departing Faculty Survey

Faculty Senate

The University of Wyoming Faculty Senate is conducting this survey to gather information about faculty departures from UW and to better understand long-term patterns, contributing factors, and institutional trends. The goal of this project is to collect data that can help inform shared governance discussions, identify recurring concerns or conditions affecting faculty retention, and support a more complete understanding of why faculty members choose to leave the University.

Data is gathered each semester and reports provided to Faculty Senate and the Faculty Senate Executive Committee in July and January.
