Student Background Checks
The College of Health Sciences at University of Wyoming has partnered with Viewpoint
Screening to provide your background check. Background checks are required of all
students prior to their experience with clinical sites and/or student teaching. Failure
to submit a background check will delay the entrance into an experiential rotation
and/or school setting.
The University of Wyoming has earned its Research Level 1 (R1) status from the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education, placing Wyoming's only four-year university with the top research universities in the United States.
