Our Research

The research labs at the Division of Kinesiology and Health Sciences explore the complex relationships between human movement, health, and performance. These labs explore the relationships between physiology, biomechanics, psychology, and public health to better understand how physical activity impacts the body and mind across the lifespan. Through innovative research methods and advanced technology, scientists in this field study topics such as exercise physiology, motor control, education methods, and chronic disease prevention—advancing knowledge that supports healthier, more active communities.
