About Dr. McAllister

Tyrrell B. McAllister joined the University of Wyoming faculty in 2009. He came to the University of Wyoming after post-doctoral positions at the Eindhoven University of Technology and at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics.

His primary interest is polyhedral combinatorics, especially lattice-point enumeration in rational polytopes. Polyhedral combinatorics has a wide range of applications across many fields of mathematics. The applications on which he works most are algebraic geometry, representation theory, algebraic combinatorics, and graph theory.
