Department of Music
The Department of Music offers two certificates that can be added to any music degree, non-music degree, or taken by any non-degree seeking student. These certificates are designed to improve student marketability in an ever-changing music workforce.

The Department also offers the Performer’s Certificate (PC), a specialized two-year, post-baccalaureate program designed for outstanding performers who, by their performance and credentials, demonstrate they have serious potential for a career as a professional musician. The program is designed to provide students with the maximum amount of time and flexibility for intensive study and performance opportunities under the guidance of master teachers.
