Welcome to Cowboys, Sing On!

This University of Wyoming choral event is open to all students (all voice types) in grades 7 - 12. You may bring as few or as many students as you are able.

• DATES: Friday, February 27, 2026 AND Saturday, February 28, 2026. (PLEASE NOTE: This festival does require one overnight stay.)
• LOCATION: University of Wyoming (Laramie, WY) Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts
• PARTICIPANTS: 7th-12th Grade Singers
• COST: $20.00 per student (covers two meals and a t-shirt)
• ATTIRE: Cowboys, Sing On! T-Shirts (provided) & jeans

Students will:

• Sing with UW Choirs
• Enhance music literacy skills
• Improve vocal technique
• Make friends from other schools
• Perform on the BCPA Concert Hall stage

Rough Schedule

Friday:

• 1:00pm - Check-In
• 2:00pm - Welcome & Warm-Up
• 3:00pm - Rehearsal
• 4:00pm - Session
• 4:40pm - Scavenger Hunt
• 5:00pm - Rehearsal
• 6:30pm - Dinner (Provided)
• 7:30pm - Showcase Performance 

Saturday:

• 9:30am - Warm-Up
• 10:00am - Rehearsal & Break
• 12:00pm - Lunch
• 12:45pm - Dress Rehearsal
• 2:30pm - Break
• 3:00pm - Festival Performance
