Utility Work to Close 15th Street Next Week

Utility work to support the University of Wyoming’s campus housing project will necessitate the closure of part of 15th Street the week of Dec. 11.

The closure will be on the south side of the 15th Street and Willett Drive intersection to accommodate storm sewer tie-in work.

Members of the UW community are encouraged to use 22nd and Ninth streets for north-south movement through campus.

UW’s housing project involves construction of two new residence halls and a new dining facility to enhance the student experience. The first new residence hall and dining facility are scheduled for completion in spring 2025.
