Becoming a student employee with University of Wyoming Recreational Sports is a great opportunity to get involved on campus while playing a key role in keeping organized sport competitions running smoothly. With over 50 intramural events and 18 active club sports, Rec Sports relies on a dedicated student staff to help manage scheduling and event operations. Intramural Supervisor

Do you love sports, enjoy being in the middle of the action, and have a knack for leadership? Join our team as a Recreational Sports Supervisor—a student position where you’ll help keep the fun going and the games fair. As a supervisor, you’ll oversee intramural and club sport competitions, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and well-organized environment for all participants. You’ll be the go-to person during games—resolving disputes, responding to injuries, and making sure everyone follows the rules. In addition to managing game nights, you’ll also help schedule and organize tournaments, making sure every match is set up for success. This is the perfect role for someone who’s confident, responsible, and ready to lead from the sidelines (or the middle of the court). You’ll gain valuable experience in communication, conflict resolution, and event coordination—all while getting paid to be around the sports you love.
