Insurance is provided through UnitedHealthcare StudentResources (UHCSR). A summary of the benefits and costs are provided below. Additional information about the insurance plan can be found UHCSR's website. Students are encouraged to create an account where they can view their claims, benefits, locate providers, and contact UnitedHealthcare.

A referral from the Student Health Center (SHC) is required for medical care outside of SHC and is needed each academic year for each diagnosis. Except as listed below if you do not have a referral there will be no coverage (payment) from the insurance company. A referral is not needed in the following circumstances:
