WyldTech, the University of Wyoming’s new Center for Wildlife, Technology & Computing is accepting applications for academic year 2024-2025 seed grants. You must be a WyldTech faculty affiliate (apply here) to be eligible for this seed grant.
The mission of WyldTech is to leverage new technologies, big data, and computational
advances to understand and conserve Wyoming’s wildlife on working and changing landscapes.
To carry out this mission, we seek to build inclusive spaces supporting productive
interdisciplinary collaborations that advance the frontiers of knowledge, provide
management guidance for human wildlife coexistence, and yield products useful to the
state of Wyoming and beyond. Requests are expected to be around $10,000; clearly justified,
mission appropriate proposals may be considered for awards up to $20,000.
