The University of Wyoming Energy Resources Council (ERC) will meet beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 30, for the council’s regularly scheduled quarterly meeting. The truncated meeting will be conducted entirely online.

UW School of Energy Resources (SER) Executive Director Holly Krutka will provide an overview of major SER activities as the spring 2025 semester comes to a close, followed by select SER division reports and a finance update.

Interested members of the public wishing to listen in on the meeting may request access to the Zoom link by emailing Christine Reed at christine.reed@uwyo.edu.

The ERC was established by the Wyoming State Legislature in 2006. Made up of industry, state government, and academia representatives, the council provides direction to SER priorities for research and outreach.

SER provides undergraduate education and graduate research opportunities, conducts research on existing and emerging energy resources, and disseminates scientific, engineering, and economic information to support Wyoming’s near and long-term energy future.
