The Energy Engagement, Leadership, and Careers (ELC) program research team is a multidisciplinary group dedicated to developing a skilled energy workforce, engaging industry stakeholders, and empowering communities in Wyoming. This diverse team combines the expertise of geologists, social scientists, and lawyers to help expand economic prospects in Wyoming's energy sector.
