The Center for Energy Regulation and Policy Analysis (CERPA) is an interdisciplinary organization whose purpose is to develop and integrate world-class technical, economic and regulatory policy analyses to develop effective and pragmatic energy policies and strategies to benefit the state, region and the nation.
The organization supports policymakers, decision-makers and scientists by:
Creating a conduit for University of Wyoming (UW) research to provide interdisciplinary information and knowledge to contribute more directly to Wyoming's citizenry and economy.
Providing effective policy development and assessment.
Facilitating partnerships with public, private and non-governmental entities outside of the UW community to support such efforts.
The mission of the Center for Energy Regulation & Policy Analysis (CERPA) is to conduct results-driven, interdisciplinary energy policies analyses for the economic benefit of the State of Wyoming.
Every quarter, we'll be publishing a newsletter that covers energy regulation and policy analysis for the state of Wyoming. Download the inaugural edition below.
