Callum Russell is originally from the United Kingdom and moved to the US in 2010. After graduating high school in Chicago, he started his degree in geology and geophysics at the University of Wyoming in 2016. Callum earned his Bachelor of Science in geology and eventually joined the SIF team and became a US citizen in early 2022.

Callum is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of multiple EA and IRMS systems and executes analyses for both CN and CNS isotopes, with the latter being his specialty. If you have a sulfur question, Callum is your guy!

In his free time, Callum enjoys stargazing and astrophotography using his telescopes, enjoying the outdoors through hiking or searching for cool rocks! If you have a cool rock, be sure to bring it by! He’d love to have a look!
