The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at the University of Wyoming offer a licensure component for Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensing. Every U.S. State, Territory, and District has their own licensing board for nursing and our institution must meet their requirements for a student to practice in that area. Students will be required to take one of two exams and pass to be eligible for licensure.
