Supplemental Instruction (SI)

SI is a series of out-of-class study sessions led by a student who has successfully taken the class before.

Supplemental instruction has been supporting students at UW since Fall 2008.

Student Voices:

"Being able to work on the problems and then come together as a class was really helpful.  I liked that there were a variety of questions."
"Really helped me understand the content better and gave examples which helped during the test."

HOW DO I GO TO SI?

SI is offered in the classes listed below. Students can register for SI Sessions by downloading the Penji App and opening "SI Sessions." Registration is not required, however. Students are welcome to just show up! Dates, times, locations, and other information are announced in class by the SI Leader.
