- Bryan Leonard is an Associate Professor and SER Chair at the Haub School, with a dual appointment in the School of Energy Resources. An economist by training, his research examines how institutions, property rights, markets and policy, shape the allocation of land, water and energy resources in the American West. His work has appeared in Science, the American Political Science Review and the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
