The University of Wyoming Innovation Network (UWIN), is a hub of student innovation with multiple locations on campus. Our spaces provide an inspiring environment for creative, collaborative, and entrepreneurial projects. From advanced 3D printing to sewing, embroidery, and vinyl cutting, UWIN offers the technology and equipment to bring your ideas to life.


Discover a world of possibilities at UWIN. Engage in multimedia printing, electronics, CNC milling, and Laser Cutting. Explore virtual reality, utilize laptops with CAD and modeling software, and access a wide range of craft supplies, robotics, circuit, and STEM kits for K-12 instruction. The CSIC is UWIN's flagship location, first opening its doors in 2017. The CSIC holds technology ranging from rapid prototyping equipment like 3D printers and laser engraving to advanced arts and crafts such as stained glass stations and sewing textiles. Make-IT Logo

The Make-IT Lab is one of UWIN's newer locations located in the Information Technology Center on the east end of campus, and houses 3D printers, vinyl crafts, an industrial laser engraver, and a state of the art VR/AR/XR dev station! This location is ideal for students living in the dorms as it is located right across the street! Located in Information Technology Artium.

SciDIY Logo
3D Printing, Rapid Prototyping, Electronics, VR/XR/AR

The SciDIY lab is UWIN's newest location, and is home to some new tech. Located in the basement of biological and physical sciences, you can find our new VR/AR/XR dev stations (2), CNC router, PCB mill, 3D printers, advanced electronics station, and more at the SciDIY lab! Have some time between classes in the classroom building? Pop in and kill some time! Located in the basement of Physical Sciences.
