News & Bid Announcements

UW Operations, Facilities Engineering and Planning & Construction, distributes public bid advertisements and solicitations on Public Purchase.  In addition to registering with Public Purchase, all vendors will also need to register with the University of Wyoming.  This process will allow vendors the opportunity to view all public bid items and download the necessary documents specific to the University of Wyoming.

• UW Operations uses the following classification codes when releasing public solicitations:
  • Construction Projects - 951-09
    • Higher Education; Higher education miscellaneous; Facilities and other improvements
  • Consulting - 918-32
    • Miscellaneous commodities and services; Consulting services, Consulting services (not otherwise classified)
