Jenn Bautz is a Graduate Research Assistant with the Jay Kemmerer WORTH Institute. A Wyoming native, Jenny holds a B.S. in Environment and Natural Resources and Outdoor Recreation and Tourism Management from the University of Wyoming, where she was recognized on the President’s and Dean’s Lists and served as a Tomé Scholar. Her academic and professional work centers on the intersection of recreation, conservation, and community engagement. Jenny’s recent projects include stakeholder collaboration and survey development for public land planning in southeast Wyoming, and field-based research on wildlife and visitor experience in Grand Teton National Park during her internship with the National Bighorn Sheep Center. Through her role at WORTH, she contributes to economic and policy research that supports sustainable outdoor recreation across the state.
