Committee Composition:
C&C is composed of four voting members. Decisions are made through the approval of the committee as a whole. The ASUW Vice-President appoints the chair(s) of the committee as well as two ASUW senators to sit on the committee. The four "members at large" are students who go through an application and interview process conducted by the C&C chair and the committee's faculty advisor. All members must be approved by ASUW. Additional members may sit on the committee as non-voting members upon the discretion of the C&C chair. This committee is advised by the Assistant Director of the Wyoming Union.

Purpose:
In the spring of 1998, the Concerts and Convocations Committee (C&C) was created to bring in large name entertainers to the University of Wyoming. The committee attempts to deliver diverse acts throughout the academic year, including speakers, musicians, comedians, and other performers.
