The Wyoming Association of Teachers of English (WATE) is a state affiliate of the National Council of Teachers of English. We believe that, especially in a rural state such as Wyoming, it is important for English/Language Arts teachers to maintain contact with each other and to collaborate on improvement of our instruction and schools.
