Welcome to the Agricultural Education Lab

Students take courses in agricultural mechanics to develop their confidence in teaching such areas as small gas engines.

Lab classes are small and allow for a great deal of one-on-one interaction with their college professors.

As part of their teaching methods courses, students conduct experiments in agricultural science.

As part of their club activities, Ag Ed majors practice their FFA advisor skills by coordinating proficiency award committees at state FFA convention.

A big feature of the degree program is that Ag Ed majors have the opportunity for one-on-one contact with high school students.
