Art Express: Bringing Art to Wyoming Communities The University of Wyoming Art Museum's outreach program, Art Express, is comprised of two distinct programs, the Ann Simpson Artmobile and the Touring Exhibition Service. Both have been in continuous service since 1982, bringing art and art education to the people of Wyoming and beyond.

Artmobile programs provide Wyoming students with "hands-on" learning experiences.
