There is no registration fee for the conference. There is some funding available through an NSF  grant to help defray the local expenses of attendees. Priority for these funds is to graduate students, and minorities. If you would like to be considered for these funds, please send an e-mail with an estimate of your expenses (hotel, gas) to Bryan Shader by August 8, 2008.
The meetings will be held in the Classroom Building located on the west-end of the UW Campus. Participants may use the day parking lot near 15th and Willet, or find street parking a couple of blocks west of the Classroom Building.  See http://www.uwyo.edu/tour/campusmap.asp for a map of the University of Wyoming campus.
