Downloading a File

Take the following steps to download a file.

1. Click the link for the desired file.  The Save As dialog box opens.
2. Navigate to the desktop.
3. Click the Save button.  If necessary, click the Close button when the download is complete.
4. From the desktop, double-click the file.  The WinZip self-extractor dialog box opens.
5. Click the Unzip button.
6. Click OK when the files are unzipped.
7. Click the Close button.
8. Open the program.  A message about the update appears.  Click OK.
9. An update may include changes to a table.  When the message appears about a table upgrade, click the Perform table upgrade now button.  Wait for the bar to display 100%.

Warning

It is very important that you wait for the bar to display 100% before clicking the continue button.  The program may appear to "hang up" during this process when there are a large number of records to update.  Do not break out of the program as it will corrupt the data.

10. Click the Table Upgrade Continue button.
11. Continue the process until each table is updated.
