Carmen Montecinos is an Associate Professor for Educational Research and is housed in the Department of Professional Studies - Research. She teaches research classes for the College of Education. Carmen comes from Vina del Mar, Chile. Her experiences include teaching elementary school, being a school psychologist, an analyst, assistant director at the University of Wisconsin Computing Support Center, a national education coordinator in Chile, and has served as a professor at University of Northern Iowa and Pontificia Universidad in Chile.
