- Recipient must be a graduate student in educational leadership.
- Recipient must be in good academic standing.

- Active Wyoming school teacher returning for additional study in the College of Education
- Demonstrated financial need
- A history of a high level of academic achievement and commitment to teaching

Selection Criteria
- Recipient must be graduate level and in good academic standing
- First priority will be given to a student working on a graduate degree with an emphasis in Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education
- Second preference will be given to a graduate student who has taught ages birth through age eight (Early Childhood Education)
- Third preference will be given to a graduate student who is an international student enrolled in the College of Education

- Completion of at least two years of undergraduate study OR enrollment as a graduate or returning student in the College of Education
- Financial need may be considered
- Preference may be given first to residents of Campbell County, Wyoming, then Wyoming residents from outside Campbell County

- Graduate student in either the Adult & Post Secondary Education or Instructional Technology programs who has demonstrated a commitment to furthering the educational resources available to adult learners
- Maintain a grade point average of 3.0
- Are in need of financial assistance to pursue educational goals
- Are not a habitual user of tobacco or alcohol
