14th ANNUAL BRONTOSAURUS HOLIDAY BAZAAR

November 17, 2007, 9 A.M. -3 P.M. Albany County Fairgrounds 

FEE AND BOOTH INFORMATION: Spaces are 8' X 8'. 8' X 3' tables provided free, if needed. Cost is $45.00 per space. No commission charge will be taken. Specify in writing names of individuals or organizations. Please list all products exhibited. Please indicate if electricity is needed and remember to bring your own extension cord. To promote the festive spirit of the shoppers, vendors will be asked if they care to donate a door prize.

DISPLAY: Exhibitors will be responsible for setting up and attending their booths at all times and must clean their space at the end of the day. Vendors are responsible for collection of local and state sales taxes.

SET UP TIMES: Show hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. You may start setting up at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 17th. Please be ready to begin by 9:00 a.m. and please do not tear down before 3:00 p.m. Please be considerate of fellow vendors and move your vehicle as soon as possible so others may set up, and to allow for customer parking.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all artists, craft persons, and vendors. All food booths must acquire a City of Laramie Health Department temporary food license. (405 Grand Avenue, 307-721-5283).

SELECTION: Approximately 100 booth spaces will be available. Entrants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Please send a self addressed stamped envelope for confirmation. No location requests will be taken, but every effort will be made to separate similar products.

DEADLINES: Cash, checks or money orders for booths must be received by November 12. No fees refunded after November 12 due to cancellations. Cancellations must be received in writing by November 12 to receive a refund.

LIABILITY: UW Geological Museum, Albany County Fairgrounds, and their representatives are not responsible for loss or damage to any exhibitors' entries or materials. Vendors agree not to encroach on another exhibitor's space.
