Study Abroad

Most international studies majors study abroad. There are hundreds of universities and colleges to choose from, and the cost is often less than you might think. The University of Wyoming has student exchange agreements with many schools that allow you to pay UW tuition to attend a school in another country. In most cases, any financial aid you are receiving to study at UW can be applied to the tuition at the college you choose for your study abroad experience.

The University of Wyoming has an excellent Study Abroad Office located in the Office of International Programs. Studying abroad does not mean you will need more time to graduate, rather it means that your graduation will be richer and more valuable because you have experienced another culture while earning your degree.
