KIN/HLED 4016 COURSE CONTENT, EVALUATIONS, & DEADLINES

Following are the requirements you will need to meet for successful completion for KIN 4016 Research Experience. It is imperative that you adhere to the listed due date, and that your reports are more than adequate. If these objectives are not met in a timely and reasonable manner, you will be required to do an extensive comprehensive project at the end of the internship detailing your entire experience or receive an unsatisfactory grade.

REPORTS

REPORT 1

Due Date - no later than the end of the 2^nd week

REPORT 2, 3, 4, etc.

Due Date - no later than the end of the 4^th, 6^th, 8^th, and 10^th week

FINAL REPORT

Due Date - no later than one week after internship completion

EXIT SURVEY

Due Date -no later than one week after internship completion 

EVALUATIONS

SELF-EVALUATION -- MID-TERM

Due Date - within one week of the half-way point 

SITE SUPERVISOR/EVALUATOR -- MID-TERM

Due Date - within one week of the half-way point  

SELF-EVALUATION -- FINAL

Due Date - no later than one week after internship completion 

SITE SUPERVISOR/EVALUATOR -- FINAL
