Class Syllabus:
- Each section will be covered in approximately 3 weeks. In some sections, only selected
topics will be covered (see class notes on the web for further guidelines and specific
reading assignments).
- Exams will be on the five Mondays indicated; note that Exam 5 will be given during
finals week and will cover only Section 5 of the course. There will not be a comprehensive
final exam, however material in later sections of the course depends on knowledge
acquired during earlier sections of the course.
- The next lecture section will begin before the exam on the previous section to allow
for study time.
