From High Plains to Lofty Heights
Some have left the high plains of Laramie far behind while others have lived
and worked within the same Wyoming communities where they were born, but all the
University of Wyoming’s most notable alumni have influenced society, government,
and culture in remarkable ways.
UW’s notable alumni include Olympians, NASA engineers, U.S. ambassadors, and
even the current Vice President of the United States. From health care, to
politics, to professional athletics, UW’s finest are making a difference and
creating long-lasting legacies.
