Printer Info
Windows instructions:
To add one of these printers go to 'Printers and Faxes' and select 'Add a Printer'. You want to add a local printer, and uncheck the 'Automatically detect Plug and Play Printer'. Then create a new 'Standard TCP/IP Port' using the printers IP address. Use the default setting of 'Standard Network Card'. When asked for a driver select 'Have Disk' and browse to the location where you downloaded the driver. That should do it.
Mac instructions:
Run the 'Printer Setup Utility' under 'Applications/Utilities'. Select IP printing and LDP for the protocol. Fill in the ip address for the printer you wish to install, fill in a name for the printer and select the correct driver. You must have first installed the driver. For the HP 2420 you will need to put in lp for the Queue.
