| Please answer all questions. The deadline for applications in April 1, 2012. Persons requesting financial aid should apply as soon as possible. After this date, support will be awarded as long as space and funds are available. |
| Students seeking funding should arrange to have a supporting letter from their department head or advisor e-mailed to Dr. Duane Porter (adporter at uwyo dot edu). |
| Faculty seeking support should e-mail a short vita, a letter describing his/her professional aspirations and what he/she hopes to accomplish through participation in this conference, and arrange to have a letter of recommendation from his/her department head sent by e-mail to Dr. Duane Porter (adporter at uwyo dot edu). |
| Participants not seeking funding should fill out the housing application and indicate that no funds are requested. |
| The cost of the conference is $850 for a single room and $750 for a double (shared) room. This includes all registration fees as well as room and board for 12 conference days. Scholarship funds are for the double room rate. However, it is possible to upgrade to a single room for a charge of $100. |
